Event Description:
As a Leader College, Elgin Community College is offering Leadership Seminars this fall to employees of any business, industry, health care, and service organizations who are tasked with further developing their leadership skills. Seminars are offered in partnership with Bartlett Area Chambers of Commerce.
Interactive change seminar that increases leaders change awareness level and provides the strength to fuel successful organizational change. The program utilizes participation, feedback and reinforcement to enable leader learning.
