As a Leader College, Elgin Community College is offering Leadership Seminars this fall to employees of any business, industry, health care, and service organizations who are tasked with further developing their leadership skills. Seminars are offered in partnership with Bartlett Area Chambers of Commerce.
This seminar teaches leaders the Interaction Essentials they need to handle the variety of challenges and opportunities they encounter every day in the workplace and beyond.
