He currently serves on the board of directors at The Farmer & Co, FVCA, and the Elgin Community College Foundation. Ryan has a Bachelors in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, an MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas, and is passionate about helping people to success in operational excellence.
