Get a great work out in the park! Free fitness session for Chamber members in Heritage Park in Hanover Park. Join trainer Jason Shea of Prime Hero Fitness for a low intensity work out, focusing on simple body weight exercises you can do at home. Learn the importance of working on balance and strengthening the core - With some circuit training thrown in for fun!
***If possible, please bring a yoga mat to the work out session!

Work Out from 9 -10 am with time to network and mingle until 10:30 am
