Job Description
Auto Body Shop located in Carol Stream is seeking a General Office Administrative Assistant to work approximately 30 hours per week, 11:00am-5:00pm. Monday -Friday
Duties include: 
  • Answer Phones
  • Greet Customers
  • Set up appointments for upcoming vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
  • Set up customer files
  • Communicate status of vehicle repair to customers
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding all aspects of repairs to customer vehicle
  • Arrange for and complete paperwork for rental cars and/or our loaner cars when necessary
  • Order necessary parts for customer jobs
  • Copying and filing of incoming invoices
  • Check email, respond accordingly, file email in proper email folder
  • Any other misc. duties as assigned
